Listen, I read the reviews on this place while I was in the waiting room and they scared the hell out of me, but I had an amazing experience here as someone who has severe dental anxiety. I had to get four back to back tooth extractions and they were so kind and understanding. They gave me the laughing gas complementary because they could tell I was afraid, one of the assistants even held my hand during the painful shot part, (embarrassing how comforting that was for a 25 year old woman but I digress) I think a lot of these reviews are referring to when another dentist was there because they were so kind and accommodating and I healed from 4 TOOTH EXTRACTIONS IN A WEEK.

I had a wonderful experience! I called in this morning to make an appointment and they scheduled me at 1 pm! Literally, was so last minute, but they were great. The staff was friendly to me. I do not have my own phone right now, but they let me use the phone. They were all nice! Dr. Phan asked me if I wanted the numbing shot and I said no. I felt no pain. They took x-rays. Also, they removed 4 cavities and put in fillings. It only took about an hour! The wait time was not long at all. God bless you guys! Thank you so much! My mom and I are so pleased!

Awesome staff. Great teamwork as they make the service easy as pie :) my children loved it! Big ups to Ashley and Dr.Reddy for making my kids feel so warming as it was there first time going to the dentist. Definitely a place i would recommend. I know that my children are not the easiest to handle, but the staff and Doctor were very understanding. I cannot guarantee how long my 4 year olds fillings will last (He was messing with them as soon as we walked out), but the Doctor and Nurse did amazing with him!

I developed a bad toothache over the weekend, I called Smile Zone on Monday as they opened. Told them my problem, they said to come right over. They fit me in and took care of me promptly. Considering that I am recent resident to the Pampa area, I was extremely impressed. Smile Zone is now my “go to” for all of my dental needs. Doctor and Staff are Top Notch!
